Meet Vee: Our After-Hours Text Messaging Assistant

At Cleveland Best Pest Control, we believe peace of mind shouldn’t have to wait until Monday. That’s why we’ve introduced Vee, our AI-powered text messaging assistant, to support you after hours and on weekends—even when our office is closed.

When Vee Is Available

Vee is active after hours and on weekends through our system text line: 216-208-8006. Messages sent to our main line (216-250-1331) during those times won’t be received—yet. We’re working to expand Vee’s coverage to include the main line after hours, so stay tuned.

Vee Knows Our Stuff

Vee isn’t just a chatbot—it’s trained to understand our treatment protocols, base pricing, and common service questions. We’ve uploaded a curated library of:

  • ✅ Standard starting prices for popular services
  • ✅ Technical guidance on pest and wildlife treatments
  • ✅ Answers to frequently asked questions

So when you reach out after hours, Vee can provide the same level of expertise you’d expect from our team—whether you're asking about rodent exclusions, bat removal, or seasonal treatments.

What Vee Can Do

  • ✅ Gather your service details and send them to our team for follow-up
  • ✅ Accept appointment requests for review by our scheduler

If you request a specific day or time window, Vee will log it and pass it along. Our team will review your request and confirm availability once we’re back in the office. If there’s a cancellation or a gap in the schedule, we may be able to squeeze you in—even if the online booking tool shows no availability.

Prefer to Book Online?

You can always use our online booking tool to request service. If the tool doesn’t let you select a time, it means we’re fully booked for that slot—or possibly the entire day. In that case, feel free to text Vee with your preferred time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What Vee Can’t Do (Yet)

To protect your account and ensure accuracy, Vee does not:

  • ❌ Make changes to your account
  • ❌ Accept payments
  • ❌ Book appointments directly

Vee’s role is to keep the conversation going and make sure your message is never missed.
